Five days to work 5 elements. Each day of the retreat we will focus on one of the elements, observing the corresponding organ-viscera, we'll work the corresponding meridians through Yin Yoga and we will be aware of our associated emotions. We'll start the day with an Integral Yoga practice, we'll have breakfast and take meditative wlaks through the mountains, after eating and resting for a while we'll practice Yin Yoga and throughout the day we will enjoy mindfulness techniques to be more aware of the present. A great opportunity to immerse in ourselves, learning and growing. You will also have free time to enjoy summer, being on the porch or in the garden, read a book or just relax. It is a limited and personal retreat, where at most 8 people will be, the classes will be adapted at all times to the level and physical condition of each participant, so it is suitable both for people who have never practiced yoga or meditation, and for the ones that do.
The arrive to Argienea will be on Monday 15th of July from 4 p.m., that same day we will hold the first session of Yin Yoga at 6.30 p.m.
The departure will be on Friday 20th of July at 4 p.m., after eating and taking a nap, taking a walk or whatever you decide.
THE RETREAT INCLUDES
- 5 sessions of Yin Yoga.
- 5 sessions of Integral Yoga.
- 5 meditative walks (insurance included).
- Accommodation in a shared room and private bathroom.
- Full vegetarian board.
- Infusions and fruit between hours.
ECOLOGICAL FOOD
The type of food during this retreat will be vegetarian, practically 100% of the products we use are organic, from our orchards or bought at Landare, consumer association of organic products.
ROOMS AND PRICES
All rooms have a private bathroom, 3 of them in the same room and another outside, on the ground floor.
Before July 1:
The price of the retreat is 500 € per person, in a shared room. The maximum number of people per room is two and they will be assigned in order of reservation.
It is possible to reserve a room for one person for 750 €.
After July 1:
580 € per person in a shared room.
800 € per person in a single room.
